Pacific Islanders in all their diversity realise their rights and contribute to meaningful and sustainable changes in their lives and communities.
Our Mission
As a broker, convener, and facilitator we celebrate all Pacific identities and work in solidarity with local actors while influencing key Pacific stakeholders to change negative beliefs, behaviours and power relationships in our collective fight against poverty and injustice.

OUR VALUES
Solidarity
We join forces with civil society, activists, and Pacific Islanders in all their diversity to fight against injustices and to build a fairer world.
Relationsships
We invest in nurturing relationships with other civil society actors, and with duty bearers at the national and regional levels, as we build the movement and the momentum for change.
Self Reflection
We are aware of our privilege and power, we take responsibility for our actions, and we hold ourselves accountable.
Self-Determination
We believe in the right of people to make their own choices, to realise their rights and to participate in the social, political and economic processes that shape their lives and societies.
Stewardship
We acknowledge our history as custodians of the great Pacific Ocean that connects our islands and the lands on which we live and work.
Feminist Leadership
We challenge norms, perceptions and stereotypes that reinforce sexism and patriarchy.
OXFAM IN ACTION
Poverty has many causes. That’s why we work across multiple areas to end poverty for good.
